Join us after the Divine Liturgy, Sunday October 5th, for a visit from Armelle Fée, the founder and owner of aktiv planet. She will be giving a presentation on our Walk Through History Egypt Trip set for October 2026 and answering all your questions regarding accommodations, the itinerary, security, flights, travel insurance, and much more!
Whether you have signed up for the trip or are still interested in joining us, this is your final opportunity to have your questions answered to proceed with the next steps for securing this once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Once again, this trip is specifically tailored for our Church and will include visits to the Pyramids, Alexandria, the Valley of the Kings, and conclude with a 4 Night Luxury Cruise on the Nile!

For those who have signed up: we’ve reached the next stage of planning, and your second deposit is now due to secure your spot on our unforgettable trip to Egypt in October 2026: Follow in the Footsteps of the Holy Family, Alexander the Great, and the Ancient Pharaohs.
IMPORTANT NEXT STEPS:
► Please email agocnyyouth@gmail.com with the FULL NAME and BIRTHDATE of each traveler AS IT APPEARS ON YOUR PASSPORT.
► For travel to Egypt, it is required that Passports are a minimum of 6 months active. If you need to renew your passport, do so no later than February 2026!
► If you previously submitted the initial $150 to express your interest, your next deposit of $1,500 per traveler is due. We’ve extended the Due Date to October 7th, 2025. After that, a final balance of $995 will be due by June 1, 2026. You can submit the deposit online as you did with the initial payment, or by check at the Church office.

- $2,850 (if you’re joining now and did not pay the initial $150)
We encourage everyone to reserve as early as possible—space is limited and interest is high! 
We have had many questions regarding Travel Insurance. We HIGHLY encourage everyone to sign up for insurance with appropriate coverage for their needs. It is discouraged in New York State for travel agencies or companies to sell insurance directly. We recommend Allianz Travel Insurance but please shop around to see what is your best fit!
