Hello everyone!

We’re headed into our busy period with Great Lent, Holy Week, and, of course, Greek Festival
preparation! Coming off the heels of March, we continued our efforts to bring activity and fun for
our youth and young adults – and we did a lot! Our Young Adult Swillburger Meet-Up was a big
success and we also held our first Teen/GOYA Meet-Up featuring a Pre-Lent pizza party.
Additionally, we held our annual Apokriatiko Dance, Greek Independence Day Celebration, and
our youth made us proud at our Parish-level Oratorical Festival.

In April, we will be hosting the District-level Oratorical Festival with churches from around New
York state visiting us for fellowship and competition. We are planning something special for our
teens this month with a trivia game show competition featuring snacks and prizes! Plus, we will
be continuing our Young Adult and All Ages events with an advanced trivia game show night and arcades respectively as we prepare for Holy Week at the end of the month.
