Based on the popularity of the Luminary Bags from previous years, we are continuing to honor the memory of those departed but also this year to also honor those who are a blessing in our lives.  On Good Friday evening we will repeat the placing of the individualized Luminary Bags outside along the path where we will process with the Kouvouklion.  These glowing luminaries are a beautiful way to honor both those who we have lost in the previous years and the living who make a wonderful impact in our lives.

I am encouraging those who would like to participate to please send all the names that you wish to be included to office@agocroc.org or call (585) 244-3377. You can also donate directly online through this DONATION LINK. (At the bottom of the page click on Parish Giving / Fair Share)

We are asking for a suggested donation of $25 per luminary bag. Please submit the names of the departed separately from those of the living as we will put these on separate Luminary bags.  The deadline for submitting your names is Palm Sunday, 17 April.

if you cannot attend the Good Friday service please be sure to view the procession on our YouTube channel where the Luminary lights will be on full display during our Friday evening procession of the Epitaphio and Funeral Bier of our Lord on 22 April.

Remember also that you can always submit your names for a memorial candle to be lit in the church at any time.
